Core Reagent Types

Diluents: Isotonic solutions used to suspend blood cells, maintain proper cell volume, and prepare samples for impedance or optical counting. [1, 2]

Lysing Reagents (Lyse): Formulations like the HRJ-H350 Lyse that rupture red blood cells, release hemoglobin for optical/colorimetric reading, and assist in differentiating white blood cell sub-populations.

Cleaning/Maintenance Solutions: Specialized detergents used to purge fluid lines, clean aperture openings, and prevent protein or cellular buildup in the analyzer’s internal tubing.
