Quality policy

It is our policy to attain a quality of product and service that surpasses our client's needs and expectations. The fact that we are in a business which is directly linked to the health and well being of the people makes us more responsible company, and no matter what, no compromises are made whatsoever. In line with this, Elisatech diagnostics is committed to the following:

  • Developing and implementing an effective Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
  • Complying with all legal and statutory requirements that affect our business operations.
  • Implementing and continually reviewing our Quality Management System objectives at all relevant levels and functions within the organization.
  • Communicating the requirements of the Quality Management System policy to all employees and interested parties and ensuring that they are understood.
  • Continually improve in all processes including staff competences.
